Monica Angel
Monica Angel joined Older Lundy Koch & Martino in 2020 as the firm’s Chief Strategy Officer. With a particular eye for detail and organization, she enjoys working directly with CEO Michael Lundy and CFO Brian Lefferts to ensure that the firm continues to maintain a positive culture in the growing workplace and supporting the community. She is responsible for the firm’s marketing and public relations initiatives, as well as overseeing the firm’s marketing budget. As part of managing the firm’s strategic plan, she handles media relations, branding, advertising, public relations, website development and event planning. She also manages and oversees sponsorships, events, charitable contributions, and marketing training. Read more below…

Monica Angel
Before joining Older Lundy Koch & Martino, Mrs. Angel helped Florida startups to grow and flourish. She ran the Angel Consulting Firm working with law firms throughout Tampa Bay. Most recently, she was the Director of Partner Success for Synapse Florida, a statewide nonprofit connecting the innovation ecosystem throughout the state of Florida through the Synapse Summit and other events and services. She also founded and continues to serve as the Executive Director for Cure Kids’ Cancer NOW! Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to funding research into less toxic treatment options for children with brain cancer.
In addition to her work with Cure Kids’ Cancer NOW! Foundation, Mrs. Angel serves as the Director of Community Affairs for HOPE4ATRT, is a member of both the St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital Parent Advisory Council and the Heroes Ball Committee and is honored to be a Leader of The Philanthropic Women of St. Joseph’s Hospitals.
Monica was named as one of Tampa Magazine’s Top 10 Under 40, as an Influencer by St. Pete Catalyst, and a finalist for Tampa Bay Business and Wealth Magazine’s Philanthropist of the Year. When not working, Mrs. Angel enjoys spending time on the boat with her husband and daughter.
