Kendrick Donnelly
Mr. Donnelly joined Older, Lundy, Koch, and Martino’s family law practice group in June 2022. He began his legal career advocating for abused, abandoned, and neglected children with the Guardian ad Litem Program in Polk County Florida in 2010. The next year, he joined the Tampa legal community as an Assistant Attorney General and continued to handle dependency cases from initiation through appeal. In 2015, Mr. Donnelly became an Assistant State Attorney and worked as a prosecutor until 2021 when he left the office as a Lead Trial Attorney in the Economic Crimes Division. In 2021, he joined the City of Tampa legal department where he was the legal advisor for Tampa Fire Rescue and also handled prosecutorial duties for other municipal violations. Read more below…

Mr. Donnelly works out of the firm’s Tampa office. He enjoys traveling in his spare time. Like many of the attorneys at Older, Lundy, Koch & Martino, Mr. Donnelly enjoys helping his community. During his time in Tampa, he has served on the board for nonprofit organizations such as Balance Tampa Bay and Reach Up.
