Richard T. DePippo is a member of the firm’s Marital and Family Law Practice Group.

Rick has practiced exclusively in the areas of Marital and Family Law since 2005. He approaches each case with a keen understanding of the unique emotional and financial consequences his client is facing. He works hard to be fair and efficient and to avoid protracted legal battles, but he never loses sight of his ultimate role as an aggressive advocate. Rick’s primary goal in all of his cases is to work openly and honestly with his client to ensure the best long-term outcome for the client and his or her children.

Prior to joining Older, Lundy & Alvarez in 2011, Rick worked in Tampa and the surrounding counties and handled hundreds of marital and family law matters ranging from divorce cases involving complex financial issues to paternity and child support disputes. With all of this experience, he has spent countless hours in the courtroom and become a very strong litigator.

Rick is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and a member of the Family Law Section Executive Council. He earned his B.S. degree from Saint Leo University, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Stetson College of Law in 2004.
