  Kevin Dees is a proud and lifelong resident of Florida.

Kevin has over a decade of commercial litigation experience in a wide variety of areas. He has represented a diverse range of clients, including banks, international real estate developers, manufacturing concerns, medical practices, governmental entities, and other private corporations, in both complex and multi-party actions within the state courts of Florida and multiple U.S. Federal Courts. He has been admitted to practice in the U.S. Federal District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.

Prior to joining Older Lundy & Alvarez Kevin was the youngest shareholder at the longstanding law firm of Allen Dell, P.A., based in Tampa, Florida. Following this position, Kevin was Founder and Partner of Schaps & Dees until 2016 when he seized the strategic opportunity to merge the firm into Older Lundy & Alvarez.

In 2001, Kevin graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, cum laude. In 2005, Kevin earned his Juris Doctorate at Georgetown University Law Center, where he was one of a limited number of recipients of the prestigious, Dean's Scholarship, for academic merit. Kevin has been recognized and rated by SuperLawyers as a “Rising Star” in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016.

Kevin resides in Tampa with his wife, Shana, and their four children.
