  David Fall began practicing law in 2013. He began his legal career focusing on consumer law and civil litigation issues but then transitioned to tax, estate planning, and business law. He is admitted to practice in Florida state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

David is an active member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Lakeland Bar Association. He has served the Florida Bar by acting as chair of the S-Corporations subcommittee of the Florida Bar Tax Section.

David received his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2011, his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama in 2012, and his LL.M. in Elder Law and Estate Planning from Western New England School of Law in 2016. His legal education concentrated on tax, estate planning, and business law. He is eager to utilize that legal knowledge to serve the current and future clients of Older, Lundy & Alvarez.

When not expanding his legal knowledge and honing his legal skills, David spends his free time with his sons. He is also an ardent writer and reader and enjoys hiking and camping.
